We send a text reminder to as a courtesy to all our patients, however you can not always depend on it and it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember your appointments.
Due to a recent rise in failed appointments, they will now incur a charge of €50 per 30 minutes. 24hr notice to cancel. Failure fees will need to be settled before further appointments are made.
